Showcase Homes has been building quality homes at our plant in Parkers Prairie, Minnesota, since 1985! A Showcase Home is constructed just like a site-built home – in one piece! (We don’t build or sell modular homes.) Our homes are built indoors, out of the elements, which we believe gives an extra level of quality. Weather doesn’t slow us down. We build year-round and are very good at keeping our scheduled delivery times. Showcase customers are so pleased with their building experience – they refer their friends.
About The
Build Process
1. Schedule a Tour & Choose Your Plan
Call or stop by to schedule a tour of our plant. Browse from hundreds of plans—or bring your own ideas—and we’ll help you find the perfect fit.
2. Site Check & Design Approval
We inspect your building site, finalize blueprints, and walk you through color selections and optional upgrades.
3. Secure Bids & Payment Plan
You’ll collect bids for onsite work (like basements, garages, etc.) while we help finalize pricing. Payment plans are finalized and deposits are arranged during this phase.
4. Build Begins & Delivery is Scheduled
Once external financing is approved and payments are in place, we begin building. Payments are made in phases, and we’ll coordinate delivery of your completed home to the site.
