Are all Showcase Homes built indoors?

Yes, they’re built indoors out of the weather. This keeps your home out of the elements and helps us stay on schedule.

How do I choose a floor plan?

We have a variety of floor plans available. It is not unusual to customize plans to fit our customer’s needs and lifestyle.

Can I have an attached garage?

Yes. We can design and build your home to accommodate a garage. After your home is set on its foundation, the attached garage can be built. If you don’t have a contractor already lined up, Showcase Homes can recommend qualified contractors for the job.

Can we have a gas fireplace in our new home?

Yes. A gas fireplace is an option.

Can we have decks on our home?

Yes. We can design your home to accommodate decks. These would be built after the home is set on its foundation. If you don’t have a contractor already lined up, Showcase Homes can recommend qualified contractors for the job.

What are some typical options customers choose?

Some customers choose to upgrade windows, add more kitchen cabinets with custom features, quartz luxury countertops and vaulted ceilings.

What are standard features with every home?

Our homes are built using quality building products throughout.

Thermo Tech White double hung windows, Certainteed Monogram vinyl siding, Bayer Select Steel Exterior doors, GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, Edco soffit and fascia and Countryside Cabinets are standard.

Who builds the garage for us?

If you don’t have a contractor already lined up, Showcase Homes can recommend qualified contractors for the job.

What are the payment options?

When Showcase Homes builds your new home, this is the payment process:

Step One:

$1,000 in earnest money & a signed contract are the first steps of the process. We will get your prints ready and any paperwork that your bank needs. (If you apply and do not receive your loan, we will refund your earnest money less blueprint fees.)

Step 2:

1/3 down is due approximately 6 weeks before construction starts. At this time, we will need a letter from your bank confirming your loan approval. 6 weeks after construction starts, we will need a second payment of 33%. The remaining balance is due before your home is delivered to your location.
