Q. How long has Showcase Homes been in business?
A. Showcase Homes has been building quality homes at the plant in Parkers Prairie since 1988!
Q. Are all Showcase Homes built indoors?
A. Yes, they’re built indoors out of the weather. This keeps your home out of the elements and helps us stay on schedule.
Q. Is a Showcase Home a modular home?
A. No. Showcase Homes are built in one piece, just like a site built homes. They are delivered to your building site in one piece.
Q. What are the financing options?
A. When Showcase Homes builds your new home, there are two ways for your to pay. Showcase Homes Finance Options
Q. How do I chose a floor plan?
A. We have a variety of floor plans available. It is not unusual to customize plans to fit our customer’s needs and lifestyle. View our Home Plans page for sample plans.
Q. Can I have an attached garage?
A. Yes. We can design and build your home to accommodate a garage. After your home is set on its foundation, the attached garage can be built. If you don’t have a contractor already lined up, Showcase Homes can recommend qualified contractors for the job.

Q. What are standard features with every home?
A. Our homes are built using quality building products throughout. Marvin clad casement windows are standard, so are EDCO soffit & facia systems, Woodland Cabinets and Certainteed Architectural shingles. Standard Features and Available Upgrades
Q. What are some typical options customers chose?

Q. Can we have decks on our home?
A. Yes. We can design your home to accommodate decks. These would be built after the home is set on its foundation. If you don’t have a contractor already lined up, Showcase Homes can recommend qualified contractors for the job.
Q. Can we have a gas fireplace in our new home?
A. Yes. A gas fireplace is an option.
